Actual question on the case monitoring repeated the official leader of the opposition Alexis Tsipras prime minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

Mr Tsipras asks the Prime Minister if he can state before the National Delegation “that neither a minister of your government, nor a general secretary, nor an MP, nor an MEP, nor a journalist from the published lists, along with illegal predatory software, have been is also under EYP supervision with a “legitimate” communication process ordered by the prosecutor, as happened in similar cases with Mr. Nikos Androulakis and Mr. Thanasis Koukakis.”

“You intend to seek the consent of the ministers and other members of your government included in the list of alleged targets of the predator in order to immediately invite ADAE to investigate the telecommunications service providers, in order to ascertain whether any of those who were and is in the process of “officially” joining the EMP?” asks Mr Tsipras, accusing the prime minister of relinquishing parliamentary control within two weeks.
