Trophy holders Norway reached the semi-finals of the 2022 European Women’s Handball Championship with a 26-23 win over Slovenia in Group I on Monday.

Norway reached the semifinals of the European Women’s Handball Championship

The Norse had a tough game against a surprising Dragan Adzic team (who led most of the game, last time 21-20), but they managed to pull out the win in the final minutes.

Henny Reystad scored ten goals and was named the best player of the match.

Hungary will meet Sweden in the same group from 21:30.

Thanks to this success (the fifth in a row from this final tournament), Norway has 8 points and can not lose the place in the semi-finals before the last stage, for which the games Norway – Denmark, Croatia – Sweden and Hungary – Slovenia are scheduled.
