From Friday, Formula 1 will make an appointment for you 21st Grand Prix of the season at the Jose Carlos Pace Circuit in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This is penultimate race season of 2022.

This Sunday the pilots will have to spend 71 circle to finish the race. The 4.3 km track has two DRS zones. For the first time, they took part in the Formula 1 World Championship in 1973. Since then, this route has experienced many twists and turns full of emotions!

Finally a win for Mercedes this season?

The 2022 season is far from what we could have hoped for from the German team from a sporting point of view. Unconvincing concept and development, major issues with death… after 20 Grands Prix, Mercedes points to third place in the constructors’ championshipbut first of all none of his single-seaters won a race. Max Verstappen: the most successful driver of the season?

Having already broken the record for most Grand Prix wins in one season in Mexico, the Dutch driver could still become the most successful pilot of the year. If he wins in Brazil and Abu Dhabi, he wins “72.7%” of the season’s Grands Prix, i.e. 16 out of 22 GPs. He would do better than Michael Schumacherwhich won 13 of 18 Grands Prix, had a win rate of 72.2% in 2004.
