Miss Puerto Rico and Miss Argentina have announced that they have secretly married after two years of dating, CNN and CBS News reported.
Mariana Varela, former Miss Argentina, and Fabiola Valentin, former Miss Puerto Rico, announced their marriage on Instagram.
“After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened our doors on our special day 10/28/22,” the two beauty queens wrote.

They posted a video on Instagram showing moments of their relationship, including romantic walks on the beach, hugs, champagne toasts and a proposal with gold and silver balls that read “Marry Me?” and the wedding rings they’re wearing.
At the end of the clip, the newlyweds are shown in front of the courthouse in the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico, where they got married on October 28, 2022.
Mariana Varela and Fabiola Valentin met at the Miss Grand International 2020 pageant in Thailand, where they represented Argentina and Puerto Rico, respectively.
After reaching the top ten at the international competition, the two beauty queens remained close friends on social networks. Fans had no idea that they were in a secret relationship.
