
Dinamo Bucharest will play Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe in the Romanian Football Cup at the “Arcul de Triumf” stadium. The Ministry of Sports granted the request of Stefan cel Mare’s group.

“We are happy to announce that we will play the Arc de Triomphe for the first time. We would like to thank Minister Karol-Eduard Novak and the administrators of NSC “Triumphalna Arch” for accepting our club’s request”, – Vlad Yakob, special administrator of FC “Dynamo”.
Dynamo and Sepsi will meet in the group stage of the Romanian Football Cup, the match will take place on Wednesday, November 8, from 21:00.
The new version of the Bucharest stadium was inaugurated on 3 July 2021 with a rugby match between Romania and Argentina, the score 17-24.
The stadium also hosted a friendly football match between Romania U21 and Finland U21 (2:1, March 25, 2022), as well as Romania and Switzerland in women’s football (1:1, April 8, 2022).
