After 2 hours 19 minutes, Medvedev claimed his second win over the Canadian in 2022 after success at the tournament in Cincinnati, when the Russian stopped in the semi-finals.
The title won in Vienna is Medvedev’s second in 2022, following his title in Los Cabos.

Danylo Medvedev, mathematically qualified at the Tournament of Champions
Qualifying for the finals of the tournament in Vienna earned Daniil Medvedev a place on this year’s Champions Tour, the fourth in a row for the athlete, who is ranked No. 4 in the ATP rankings.
