
“THEN Turkey received no official notice from Russia for its withdrawal from the international agreement on the export of agricultural products from its ports Ukrainianan agreement under which Ankara is one of the guarantors along with the UN, a security source told AFP.
An agreement signed on July 22 in Istanbul with Russia and Ukraine, allowing the export of more than 9 million tons of grain and agricultural products, is overseen by a joint coordination center (JCC), also located in the Turkish metropolis.
Earlier today, the Russian Ministry of Defense, according to TASS, reported that Moscow was suspending its participation in this agreement after the attacks on its fleet in Crimea.
