Observations: confrontation without new evidence

Since the majority of parliamentary seats remain vacant for most of the marathon process in the plenary chamber, the cycle examination committee per wiretappingafter the meeting with the national delegation.

The speeches, which, with very few exceptions, were recitations of prepared positions, reinforcing the feeling of parallel monologues, formed the expected atmosphere when all were against all. The ruling majority, which paid special attention to the institutional side of the process in an attempt to deconstruct it through argumentation, found itself, as expected, under the guns of all opposition parties. However, the firefight between the opposing forces was particularly intense, confirming the differences between them.

Although one of the weighty arguments of the opposition, and especially of the officer corps, against the government side concerned, as is well known, the fact that N.D. characterized the conclusion of the Inquiry as “confidential”, the revelation that none of his deputies caused a sensation SYRIZA knows its contents, since not everyone visited the special premises of the parliament, where they could study it. In fact, it turned out that in general, very few of the 300 people did it. In addition, the sensation was caused by the revelation that the official opposition party refused the proposal to hold the Plenary meeting on the conclusion on a different day than yesterday (Wednesday was proposed). Thus, one of the powerful “weapons” of argumentation, on which, in particular, Mr. Al was based, was destroyed. Tsipras in his speech that that Friday was deliberately chosen by the government so that the prime minister would be absent “on the run” as he would be at the EU summit.

The sensation was caused by the fact that very few deputies – and not a single one from SYRIZA – came to find out about the content of the conclusion of the Investigation.

Apart from the president of SYRIZA, only Mr. Mich. received the floor from the heads of parliamentary groups. Katrinis (PASOK) and Mr. Dim. Kutsubas (KKE). Among other things, all three spoke about the possible criminal liability of the defendants in the case of monitoring N. Andrulakis, and Tsipras and Katrini noted that it should be pursued after the elections. The President of SYRIZA, who pretended to speak on behalf of all democratic forces, saying “we will not spare anyone”, aimed most of the arrows personally at Mr. Mitsotakis, calling him, among other things, “Prime Minister for Surveillance and Ruler of Bedbugs” , announcing that the next battle will take place at the upcoming meeting of the Committee of Institutions, scheduled for Tuesday, October 25, following the complaints of SYRIZA MP Mr. Chr. Spircis for spying on his phone with illegal software.

On the contrary, the ruling majority stressed that neither the leader nor any other member of the official opposition said anything about the exposed and with the knowledge of the then Prime Minister Mr. Tsipras monitoring of Mr. Pichiorla during the reign of SYRIZA. The arrows also came from PASOK, as it was said that during SYRIZA government contracts were signed with one of the now controlled surveillance software companies.

At the same time, Governor K.E. The Communist Party was accused by ND, SYRIZA and PASOK of jointly shaping the current institutional structure for surveillance as the ruling parties. Hell.Lysi and MeRA25 made similar criticisms of SYRIZA. Finally, N.D. accused PASOK of colluding with SYRIZA.
