The United States and allies expressed “concern” to the UN about the supply of UAVs to Russia from Iran

The United States, Britain and France raised the issue of Iran’s alleged supply of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to Russia during a UN Security Council debate on Wednesday, State Department spokesman Ned Price said.

“We have expressed very serious concerns that Russia is purchasing these UAVs from Iran,” Mr. Price said in a US State Department press release. “Now we have enough evidence that these UAVs are used to strike Ukrainian citizens and critical civilian infrastructure,” he added.

“We will not hesitate to apply sanctions and other appropriate instruments against everyone involved in these deliveries,” Price said.
