After the father of a premature baby girl recounts the trauma his family endured, the child’s mother recounts how Dr. Robe declared the birth a miscarriage and allegedly told the parents that the baby girl did not survive.

Marina Pletou, the mother of the girl, who was born prematurely in April 2019, said that after the birth, doctor Florian Robe told the parents that the girl did not survive and encouraged them “that they are young and will be able to have more children.” “. The next day, the doctor told them that the girl was showing signs that she wanted to live, and all the medical staff at that time tried to tell the parents that the girl had risen during the night, during Easter week, reports Euronews.ro.

The woman went home with the child, and a few months later, in September 2019, during the baptism, the mother learned more details from the baptized child, who was none other than a nurse from Polis, who found the child on a tray. That night, after the child’s death was announced, doctors sent the child for cremation three times, but they refused, citing the fact that the girl had vital signs.

The mother said that she accepted the situation as it is and that she no longer cares about her, except that she is with the child, that she can concentrate on raising her. The parents mustered up the courage to file a complaint in January 2022 after hearing about similar situations and decided they could set an example.

After birth, the girl was placed in a box with a lid and thrown into a bag. After 12 hours, she was found alive by a nurse who notified the doctor. He also filmed the baby in the box, so prosecutors have video evidence. The doctor claims that he thought the girl was dead, although the evidence collected by investigators contradicts him, ProTV News reports.

The images were taken in 2019 by a nurse at the Polizu Maternity Hospital. The woman was told to hand over the body of the fetus to the coroners. Shocked, she saw that the little girl had been stuffed into a box and put in a bag. Her death certificate has also already been signed by her mother.

All this happened during Easter week. The mother was sent from Pitesti to the Poliza maternity hospital with the risk of abortion. Gynecologist Florian Robe was on call, and he took her to the procedure room, not the delivery room. According to the protocols, this would be the case in the case of an abortion.

A girl was born there, but immediately after the birth, the doctor told the mother that she had no vital signs. However, 12 hours later, the child was found alive in a bag. When his colleagues started fighting to save her, the doctor had to return to the mother and tell her that the girl was alive.

The doctor said to the nurse, “Bring him to me so that I can cut his navel so that he will die.”

Maryna Pletoy, the girl’s mother: “Everyone made me believe that the child came to life at night, that it was a miracle. That morning, April 25, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., the doctor came and somehow took me by the neck and put me on the bed. He understood that I might be in shock and told me: “The child has signs of wanting to live.”

The first shock was followed by five months of nightmare, during which the child remained in the incubator. Only later did the mother learn the truth from a nurse who found the child in the box.

“He didn’t want to tell me, but he couldn’t live with this lie, so to speak. He told me that on the morning of April 25, when he went to work, he went to the room where garbage is collected. he said he heard a rustle. He took the lid off that pan, the bag was already moving, he opened the bag, the girl was already crying when she opened the bag and, you she realized she was stunned. She called Dr. Robe, told him that this is a child crying in a sack. He, without being shy, told her: “Bring him to me, and I will cut off his navel so that he dies,” Marina Pletoy reported.
