With tears in his eyes, Elton John (pictured) accepted the National Humanities Medal for his work in ending AIDS from the President of the United States at a special event at the White House. The singer played his music on the White House lawn for the president, the first lady and about 2,000 people, including teachers, students, nurses, LGBTQ+ advocates and mental health workers.

Discovery has confirmed that the DC movie has been indefinitely delayed, with the star sharing a TikTok video of behind-the-scenes footage of the filming. Grace plays Barbara Gordon in the film, which was set to premiere on HBO Max in early 2023.

(…) This year, as it happens once every two years, the Eleftheria Sapuntsi award was presented to young creators and artists in memory of the untimely deceased director in the Kefalonia street theater. This year’s winner, by decision of a committee of 5, is Eleni Efthymiou, who is awarded for the quality and complexity of her artwork. The jury included Giannis Houvardas, Charalambos Gogios, Sofia Maratakis, Efi Yiannopoulou and Stella Haramis.
