OUR Stefanos Tsitsipas was one of the tennis players who was next to Roger Federer in the last match of the Swiss tennis legend. The Greek tennis player was part of the European team at the Laver Cup.
After Federer’s final match at the Laver Cup, in which the Swiss paired up with his sworn rival Rafa Nadal, Tsitsipas could not hide his emotions. Federer signed him a racket that Steph can’t part with in his sleep.

The 24-year-old finalist of Roland Garros 2021 responded with “warm” words about the Swiss. He even mentioned in his Instagram post that Roger Federer was the reason he started playing tennis.
“He came. We saw. He won. We were amazed. Thanks to Roger Federer for taking our sport to an incredible level. To make this sport so simple, but at the same time difficult to follow. Your style, your personality, your talent, your sophistication and your passion will always be in the game.
I can’t thank you enough because it was thanks to you that I started playing tennis. The reason why I hit the left with one hand. The reason I first had a dream was watching you lift the trophy at Wimbledon in 2004.
