A few months after we heard this “Endless Love”, the disc with which they officially welcomed John Frusciante into their ranks, red hot chili peppers they are gearing up to release their second double album in 2022.

As for the “Eddie” from the title, he is none other than Eddie Van Allen and in his poems we hear him Anthony Kiedis say “It’s only 1983 / Please don’t remember me / For what I did to David / You know I’m talking about David Lee”, referring to his departure David Lee Roth Van Halen back in the 80s.
