After the restoration of the Budila bridge, which was destroyed by water in June 2018, trains will again run on the 36-kilometer section between Brasov and Intorsura-Buzeului. From September 19, six trains will run in both directions, and the travel time is 60-65 minutes. The route will be operated by the private company Regio Călători.

Trains depart from Brasov at 5.43, 7.59, 11.00, 13.24, 16.32 and 20.00, and from Intorsura at 4.29, 6.53, 9.13, 12.10, 14.34 and 17.42. There are six intermediate stops.

Line 403 Brasov – Intorsura Buzăului is famous for the longest railway tunnel in Romania, 4.3 km, built between 1924 and 1929, with great engineering efforts. In 1989 there were five trains per day, in 1998 – four, and in 2015 – six pairs of trains per direction.

The bridge in Budil collapsed after a heavy flood in June 2018. The length of the road was 36 km, it was operated by the private company Regio Călători. The bridge was built 90 years ago and is located near the longest railway tunnel in the country.
