Moscow: If the grain deal is not implemented properly, it will not be extended

The Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday that the agreement to unblock Ukrainian grain exports via the Black Sea is “poorly” implemented and its extension will depend on how it is implemented, RIA reported.

On Wednesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the Turkey-brokered deal in July “deceived” Russia and the developing world.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the second part of the grain agreement, concerning the export of grain and fertilizers, is still experiencing difficulties.
