Grandmother and granddaughter’s adventure had a happy ending Corfu when a four-year-old girl, for unknown reasons, fell into a well about eight meters high and two meters deep.
From the first information of the Athens Agency it is said that as soon as 67 years old, grandmother of a little girlrealizing this fact, without a second thought, she dived into the well to save her granddaughter.
At the point that had developed in the Dassia region, in the central part of Corfu, a large force of fire service was immediately thrown, the fighters of which used special tools and well tripods to save the granddaughter and grandmother.
The whole operation had a positive development, as they were pulled out unharmed, and they were taken by ambulance to the General Hospital of Corfu for a preventive examination.
