Court documents obtained by People show that Flavin accuses her husband of concealing assets.

She also accuses the actor of “intentionally squandering, depleting and/or squandering marital assets with adverse economic consequences” of the family estate.

“I love my family. We are working through these personal issues amicably and privately,” Stallone said in a statement provided to Insider.

Flavin told People magazine that “although we will no longer be married, I will always cherish the 30-plus years of our relationship and know that we are both devoted to our beautiful daughters.”

Sylvester Stallone and his wife have three daughters together

Flavin, 54, and Stallone, 76, met in 1988 and dated for six years before the Rocky star split from the former model.

Flavin later revealed that she learned from her agent that the actor had an affair.

They reconciled in 1995 and had their first child together, Sofia Stallone, in 1996, and married a year later.

The couple has two more daughters: 24-year-old Sistine and 20-year-old Scarlett. In May, Stallone and Flavin celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.

In recent weeks, Stallone has shared several aggressive messages on social media, demanding in strong terms that producer Irwin Winkler, who owns the copyrights to the Rocky franchise, give them to him to bequeath them to his children.

It is unclear if this is related to the financial problems Flavin cited in the divorce filing.
