The electronic application for the DYPA (ie OAED) program, which concerns the issuance of 150,000 book purchase checks, with a total budget of 3 million, begins today, Thursday, August 18, at 12 noon, and ends in a week. , on the 25th of the euro month. Each check will cost 20 euros including VAT.

With a check, which is a unique electronic code number, beneficiaries and beneficiaries can buy any book of their choice from bookstores and vendor registry publishers with a 10% discount.

Beneficiaries are employed and unemployed who have accumulated 50 days in 2021:

– Unemployment benefits or long-term unemployment.

– Combination of the above

Beneficiaries are also unemployed persons registered in the DYPA register of unemployed who have an uninterrupted period of unemployment at the end of the application period of at least four months.

The beneficiaries of the program are the spouses of the beneficiaries if they are indirectly insured members, as well as the children of the beneficiaries over the age of 5, provided that they are indirectly insured members of their own or another parent.

The selection system is based on the calculation of beneficiary points depending on their income and the order in which they apply.

Program providers are bookstores and publishing houses of any legal form that have a legal license to operate.
