An amount of 3 million euros will be provided Public Employment Service (DYPA – t.OAED) employees 220,000 entertainment vouchers for the winter season 2022-2023 This provides for a decision signed jointly by the competent ministers of finance and labour. The theater tickets that will be provided relate to a subsidy of 15 and 12 euros for performances for adults and children respectively.

Beneficiaries of the voucher program for the 2022-2023 season are:

a) Insured persons who, during the calendar year prior to the commencement of the program, accumulated 50 days of their insurance with eEFKA due to private law dependent employment with contributions to DYPA affiliates.

b) Unemployed persons registered in the DYPA Unemployment Register who have an uninterrupted period of unemployment at the end of the application period of at least 4 months.

Of course, checks are also issued to children of beneficiaries aged 3 years and older when they are indirectly insured members of theirs or the other parent, and to spouses of beneficiaries when they are indirectly insured members of them. The number of program beneficiaries and beneficiaries is a maximum of 220,000 depending on the number of provider entrepreneurs that will participate in the program and the places offered per provider.

Performance checks will be in the form of a unique electronic code number for each beneficiary and for each beneficiary, and their owners will be free to choose from a roster of providers of theater performances they wish to attend.

Theater groups of any organizational and legal form that have planned performances in the winter season 2022-2023 can participate in the program as performers.

They will offer a certain number of places to beneficiaries of the program if they provide the supporting documents specified in the public invitation, which is expected to be issued within a month.

Applications from beneficiary candidates will be submitted to DYPA exclusively electronically within the established deadlines. Applications will then be processed and assessed based on actual declared income. For actually declared income up to 10,000 euros, they receive 30 points.

20 points for income from 10,001 to 20,000 euros and 10 points for actually declared income from 20,001 to 30,000 euros.

After scoring, the beneficiaries are ranked in order of application priority.
