The Romanian Basketball Federation announces the untimely death of athlete Alesia Maria Raiciu. Legitimated at CS Olimpia Bucharest, Alesia died on the day she turned 18.
Considered one of the promising young teams, Alesia won several medals in junior competitions and made her debut in the National Women’s Basketball League early with Agronomia Bucharest.
Alesia Maria Raicha was considered one of the most talented players of her generation.
