When completed, five years from now, it will be one of the greenest skyscrapers in the world and an example of sustainable design, incorporating the best environmental practices and the latest international safety protocols.
More than 80 skyscrapers around the world, in the cities of the USA, Great Britain, Hong Kong and other cities of the world, were built by Bouygues Batiment International, a member of the consortium of Bouygues Batiment International and Intrakat, which, after holding the corresponding tender, Lamda Development took on the role of a consultant providing services to the start of construction in the form of early contractor engagement (ECI) for the construction of the residential Riviera Tower.
The consulting services provided relate to the design, planning, supply chain and construction management of a construction project.
In particular, among the projects undertaken and implemented by Bouygues Batiment International, a subsidiary of the Bouygues Group listed on the Paris Stock Exchange and operating on all five continents over the past 50 years, is the “Pixel Tower” in Thailand, a 314 meter project that houses luxury hotel and high standard apartments with striking architecture.
Also Clement Canopy, the tallest prefabricated building ever built, at 140 meters tall, houses 505 luxury apartments that were built entirely off-site and “assembled” on site.
The joint venture between Bouygues Batiment International and Intrakat has been announced to be collaborating with Lamda Development to study the design of the Riviera Tower, ensuring its structural integrity and safety using modern design techniques using BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems. and at the same time uses a local and global supply chain to deliver the highest quality products and systems to Pyrgos and its end customers.
It also plans the construction of projects, ensuring the highest quality and standards of construction in the country, while applying strict standards for the health and safety of the workforce that will build it.
The architectural project was carried out by the international architectural bureau “Foster + Partners” in cooperation with the “Training Bureau of Alexandru N. Tombazi S.A.”. Accordingly, the static and electromagnetic studies were prepared by Happold, London, with the assistance of local partners, DETA CONSULTING ENGINEERS for statics and TEKEM SA for electromechanical. The design of the adjacent territory was prepared by DOXIDIS PLUS.
