Five crews advanced directly to Thursday’s medal finals: women’s sculls, women’s 8+1 sculls, women’s sculls, men’s 8+1 sculls and women’s sculls in the lightweight category.
On Saturday, Andriy-Sebastian Cornea and Christian-Ionuc Cojocaru will perform in the semi-finals of the men’s rowing doubles.
Romania is participating with 11 crews and 39 athletes at the European Championships in Munich on August 11-14.
