Information about this was confirmed by the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov.

Kyiv: Ukraine’s “Grain Corridor” Started

The ministry clarified that next week the export of Ukrainian agricultural products from Yuzhny will begin. A working corridor with three ports “will allow the export of 3 million tons of Ukrainian agricultural products in a month,” the ministry said.
First grain ships arrive from Istanbul
The day before, the first foreign freighter arrived in Ukraine since the beginning of the war, which will be loaded with Ukrainian grain. Dry cargo ship Fulmar S under the flag of Barbados docked in the port of Chornomorsk.
The first under the agreement signed on Aug. 1 departed from Odessa, a Razoni dry cargo ship loaded with corn under the Sierra Leone flag, which is heading to Lebanon. On August 2, the ship arrived in Istanbul, where it passed inspection.
On August 5, three more bulk carriers departed Ukraine. At noon on 6 August, the first of them arrived in Istanbul. The Panama-flagged Navi Star is heading to Ireland carrying 33,000 tonnes of corn. Two more ships are expected to arrive in Istanbul: Rojen under the Maltese flag and Polarnet under the Turkish flag. Polarnet left Chernomorsk on August 5th and is transporting 12,000 tonnes of maize to the Turkish port of Karasu, Rojen is loaded with 13,000 tonnes of maize and is on its way to Britain’s Teesport.
