The newspaper Unirea, citing sources, writes that President Klaus Iohannis would play golf in Piano de Jos, Alba county, on Friday. And G4media.ro confirms the information on the sources.

According to them, the president was also two weeks ago at the golf club. He was accompanied by First Lady Carmen Johannis.

Previously, the head of state was also photographed on the golf course in Piana, as well as in Shureana, where he often took pictures with tourists who met him.

Additionally, in the past, President Iohannis has expressed his appreciation for this golf course and the tournament it hosts:

“I want to congratulate the president of the Golf Club “Paul Tomit” for the special quality of this sports base. You are doing a very good job Mr. Werner Keul and I am sure you will continue with the same passion! I am glad to be here and I want to congratulate the champions of this tournament.”
