Faustino Oro, a 10-year-old boy from Argentina, achieved the best result of his young career. On the international platform Chess.com, a child born in 2013 managed to defeat Magnus Carlsen, a five-time world champion, writes News.ro.

The game was played in Bullet mode, where players have only one minute to make a move.

The young player, who controlled the white pieces, managed to defeat the Norwegian grandmaster in 48 moves, marking a historic milestone in the world of chess.

In addition to this achievement, Faustino became the youngest player to receive the title of FIDE Master and is currently ranked number one among players under 10 years of age.

While this result does not yet guarantee that the youngster will become the best in his discipline, his precociousness is reminiscent of Carlsen.

Only at the age of 13, the Norwegian played against the international grandmaster Garry Kasparov, at that time the most important figure in world chess.
