Former Romania captain Vlad Ciriches made his return to action on Saturday in a friendly match, almost seven months after an injury ruled him out for most of the season.

In the FCSB match against Gloria Buzău (1:1), Chiriches was the starter and wore the captain’s armband. The goals were scored by Tenase and David Mikulescu, respectively.

The last official match played by the central defender was on August 28, 2023 against UTA.

And “Rapid” announced the return of Xian Emmers, a midfielder who has not played for almost six months.

Giulesti won their friendly match against Mioveni 4-1 with the Belgian starting line-up and being substituted at half-time.

Burmaz, Petrila and Alba scored twice for Cristiano Bergodi’s team, and Gucea scored for Argeseni.
