Novak Djokovic leads the ATP rankings for 417 weeks

Djokovic lost in the third round to Luca Nardi (in this way, the Italian jumped 27 positions and entered the world top 100 for the first time – 96th place) and announced that he would not participate in the Miami Open, but reached the age of 8. and a week in the chair of the leader of the ATP ranking (a record).

Since his Indian Wells triumph, Alcaraz has amassed 100 weeks in the world top 10, 80 of which have been at No. 1 (36) or No. 2 (44).

The Spaniard is closing in on Djokovic’s 920 points, but has 360 points to defend in Miami and will not be able to overtake the Serb, regardless of the results recorded at the Florida event.

This will take Djokovic to 418 weeks at the ATP No. 1 (March 25), more than double the period held by rival Rafael Nadal at the position (209).
