The host club is responsible for the improper behavior of the spectators and, depending on the situation, may be gradually subjected to sanctions in the form of a sports fine and a ban on organizing games at its own stadium or an event to hold games without spectators from 1 to 10 hours. games Depending on the circumstances, the measure of holding games without spectators may be partially applied by prohibiting the occupation of a certain sector of the stand from 1 to 10 games.
2 The away club is responsible for the misconduct of its own supporter groups and, depending on the seriousness of the facts, may be penalized in a similar manner to the host club and/or by the banning of its own gallery or its own supporter group at away or neutral ground games from 1 to 10 games. Fans occupying the away section of the stadium are considered to be fans of the visiting team, unless proven otherwise.
3 Irregular behavior includes:
a) introduction of alcoholic beverages, explosive, incendiary and fumigant objects and materials, poisonous, hallucinogenic and irritating substances, other objects that were used by spectators to violate public order or may contribute to the commission of violent acts;
c) setting fire to or throwing objects provided for in paragraph 3, let. a), towards other spectators or towards the playing field;

2 Non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations to ensure order and security measures at the stadium, which resulted in:
d) throwing objects provided for in Art. 82, par. 3, let. a), towards other spectators or towards the playing field is punished with a sports fine from 10,000 to 60,000 lei. In case of committing a new offense of the same type, the club is punished with a fine increased by ½ compared to the previously applied sanction, until the threshold of 60,000 lei is reached. Subsequently, for each new violation of this type, the club will gradually be subject to sanctions in the form of measures to hold games without spectators, together with a maximum fine of 60,000 lei.
Other decisions of the Disciplinary Commission:
FC FCSB vs. ACS Petrolul 52 – Incidents – According to Art. 82.1 and 3.a and c, related to Art. 83.2.b RD, a sports fine of 7,500 lei was imposed on the FC FCSB club.
AFC UTA Arad vs FKU 1948 Craiova – Elimination of Zelgin Eduard (guests) – According to Art. 53.1 RD, delegate Eduard Zelgin was punished with disqualification for one month and a sports fine of 640 lei.
AFC Botosani vs. FCV Farul Constanta – Elimination of Hryhoryan Narek (guest) – According to Art. 63.1.g, related to Art. 63.2.1 RD, the player is punished by disqualification for one match and a sports fine in the amount of 740 lei.
