Actress Natalie Portman and French choreographer Benjamin Millepied have split after 11 years of marriage, Variety.com reports, News.ro reports.
According to English tabloids, Milpid would have had an extramarital affair, and the American actress could not overcome it.
Several British newspapers reported that Millepied had an affair with 25-year-old Camille Etienne, who is ten years younger than the French choreographer.
According to People, a representative for Portman confirmed that the Oscar-winning actress filed for divorce from the French choreographer in July 2023 in France, where the couple lived with their two children. The divorce was finalized last month.
Portman and Milpy first met on the set of Black Swan, for which Portman won the Academy Award for Best Actress in 2010.
They married in California in August 2012 and have a 12-year-old son, Alef, and a 7-year-old daughter, Amalia.
Portman recently starred in Todd Haynes’ May December alongside Julianne Moore and Charles Melton, which is up for an Academy Award nomination for best original screenplay on Sunday.
Recently, Milpid was the choreographer for Dune: Part Two.
