This new limited edition will be based on the current Fiat 500 Hybrid, drawing inspiration from the 2004 Trepiuno concept car that gave birth to the 2007 Fiat 500.

Tribute to the 2004 Trepiuno concept car

Already twenty years ago, at the 2004 Geneva Motor Show, Fiat made a splash with the presentation of a concept car. Fiat Trepiuno, developed by Fiat’s Advanced Design Studio and Centro Stile. This popular concept has already heralded the arrival of the “modern” 2007 Fiat 500 with a modern interpretation of the legendary 1957 Fiat 500.
To mark the 20th anniversary of this event, Stellantis Heritage has released a new special collector’s edition entitled Fiat 500 Tributo Trepiuno : it will be produced, certified and marketed by the historical department of Italian brands Stellantis and is part of the “Reloaded by Creators” project.
“The 500 Tributo Trepiuno is our tribute to a concept car that played a key role in the evolution of Fiat’s modern history. To celebrate this incredibly important anniversary, the Heritage team is launching a limited number of collector’s models that showcase an intuitive design – aboard the modern 500 Hybrid – that will lead to the modern 500, a cornerstone of more than a century of history and a symbol of Italian creativity and ingenuity embedded in the collective imagination”– said Roberto Giolito, head of Stellantis Heritage.

Fiat 500 Tributo Trepiuno: special livery

The new creation of the Italian manufacturer is based on the current Fiat 500 Hybrid, and is inspired by the concept presented 20 years ago in Geneva. Outside we find a similar white liverywith taillights with red inserts as well Fiat logos on a blue background, reminiscent of the 1999 logo introduced during the brand’s 100th anniversary. There are also five double-spoke wheels, characteristic of this model, with a unique center cap.
Inside we find a two-color filling again inspired by the 2004 concept, with two-tone grained leather seats combining white and red. At the rear, the entire back of the multi-seat is painted in the same red, while the front seats will receive “Trepiuno XX” embroidery to commemorate the concept’s 20th anniversary.
The interior decoration matches the same shade of redinstrument panel treatment receives original historical illustrations of the Trepiuno concept car created at the time by Roberto Giolito.

Each Fiat 500 Tributo Trepiuno model will be a true collector’s item and will come with certificate of authenticity published by Stellantis Heritage.
