The FCSB sought the annulment of all trademarks used by CSA Steaua from 1947 to the present, but the appeals court rejected Gigi Bekali’s request for grouping as unfounded.

Florin Talpan, victory against FCSB: “Lawyer Becali lost to me again”

On the Voice of the Army page, Stelist supporters stated that “all trademarks registered by CSA Steaua in OSIM remain intact. All historical brands remain the exclusive property of Steaua Bucharest. The AS Armata crest since 1947, the CCA crest, the Citus Altius Fortius eagle crest, the crest currently used by the football section – ALL these brands remain intact under the ownership of CSA Steaua.”

FCSB can appeal this decision within 30 days.

Florin Talpan, a lawyer for CSA Steaua, attacked the Ministry of National Defense and spoke about his new victory before the FCSB.

It is unacceptable that I have outstanding results and the management of the Ministry of National Defense did not appreciate me and did not give me a full bonus for exceptional work, a promotion that I deserve because I won very difficult cases and kept in the Legacy of the Army Sports Club brand Steaua Bucharest , the name of Steaua Bucharest and the record of the football team!
