
Modern generation (W447). Mercedes V-class was originally launched in 2014 and then received a slight facelift in 2019 to mark the release ofEQV, its 100% electric version. Both models again benefit from a restyling : here’s what to remember from their novelties.
A more assertive look
Externally, the restyling of the Mercedes V-Class and EQV stands out especially from the front, with a new, more imposing grille and highlighted by a thick black coating. Depending on the version, this grille can even be surrounded by an LED light bar, while the high-end V-Class Exclusive version gets the Mercedes star emblem on the hood for the first time.
At the back we find a new one at the bottom of the panel chrome decorative bar, with Mercedes-Benz lettering, as well as redesigned LED headlights with a darkened contour. The whole package is complemented by new light-alloy wheels with an aerodynamic design in diameters of 17, 18 and 19 inches, not forgetting the four new body colors.
Inside we find a redesigned instrument panel with two large 12.3-inch screens, new, more elegant air vents, as well as a new steering wheel. The center console has also been revised and houses an additional wireless charging base for smartphones.

with new equipment such as keyless start (standard in France), heated steering wheel, dimmed lighting in the rear cabin or even customizable ambient lighting with 64 colors. The V-Class and EQV also now have a standard sliding door on the left side of the vehicle for easier access to the rear.
side technologieswe find the latest generation of the MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) infotainment system, as well as various driver assistance systems such as the standard active emergency braking system, which now includes a cross-traffic function, not forgetting the parking package with Camera 360° (standard from Avantgarde).
Under the hood, this restyling is marked by the appearance of a new gasoline engine : M254, engine A mild hybrid with 231 horsepower, associated with the 9G-Tronic automatic transmission. This version will be offered in Europe, and will be especially relevant in Asian markets such as China.
In France, Mercedes V-Class restyling sold at an entry-level price from EUR 68,924.40 including tax, while the new EQV restyling is displayed from EUR 88,678.80 With tax.
