Actor Francis Renaud, 56, “filed a complaint against Mr Techinet for sexual harassment, against (casting director Gérard) Molevrier for sexual assault and against X for threats to kill,” prosecutor Evre Rémy Coutin said.

“I have asked the police to open an investigation, without keeping the exact criminal qualification at the moment, because the questioning of Mr. Renault at the moment requires maximum caution,” he said.

During a “long hearing” at the Vernon police station in Ere Renault, Kootenay said, Teshine filed a complaint against him for “stroking his arm and saying he was bothering him.”

“If it was just that, it (hardly) could be qualified as sexual harassment,” the magistrate emphasized, disputing the director’s accusations “only on the basis of these facts (…) not precise enough.”

“At first sight, all the facts condemned by Francis Reno are written down because of their antiquity,” he added.

As for the sexual assault complaint against Moulevrier, the actor has been “talking about acts that could be classified as sexual assault, talking about fondling, especially of the penis through clothing,” for “20 or 25 years,” he said.
