The International Property Awards Gala in London brought the first global recognition, as the Romanian Property Awards is part of the IPA family.

The 30th edition of the International Property Awards invited outstanding projects from around the world to the stage of the famous Savoy Hotel in London. The awards were presented by Steward Shield himself, the founder of the International Property Awards, to the best projects in the field of architecture, interior design, development and real estate.
