According to DIICOT, in the period from January to September 2023, Tudor Duma bought various amounts of cannabis from the Constantine brothers for the purpose of trade, and in April he offered party participants (including minors) about 10 grams of crystal methamphetamine. At the same time, he had fentanyl, a high-risk drug, at home.
In addition, Tudor Duma was in possession of varying amounts of cannabis and codeine (risk and high-risk drugs respectively) for his own consumption, and in July 2022 he was discovered by a gendarme crew in Constanta in possession of cannabis for personal consumption.
For their part, the brothers Ştefan Ciprian Constantin and Costin Anton Constantin are accused by the prosecutor’s office of having sold drugs to Tudor Duma for the purpose of trafficking, and on 09/14/2023 they kept 844.59 grams for the purpose of commercialization. hemp One of them had another amount of cannabis for personal consumption, as well as a cigarette containing the drug.
In a separate file, Vlad Pasku – the author of the accident on May 2, 2000 was sent to DIICOT court in October for drug consumption and trafficking together with his parents, Miruna Pasku – for crimes against the administration of justice and Claudia Pasku – failure to keep weapons and ammunition.
In addition, Vlad Pascu was sent to court for involuntary manslaughter in connection with the accident on May 2, the case was registered in Mangalia court.
The accident happened on August 19 on DN 39 near the village of Vama Veche after Vlad Pascu drove into a group of eight young people who were walking along the roadside. Roberta Marina Dragomir (20 years old) and Sebastian Andrej Olariu (21 years old), students of the Faculty of Geography at the University of Bucharest, died on the spot. Three more young people were injured.
The accident revealed shocking details. Vlada Paska was stopped by the police twice – the day before the tragedy, on the filter, and the same night. He was allowed to leave the police station without a drug test, even though drugs were found in his car and the car did not have valid RCA insurance. Less than an hour later, Vlad Pasku caused an accident.
