According to the order, it is prohibited to “enter a specified strip of land along the state border, including for tourist, recreational, fishing purposes, with the exception of: persons who permanently or temporarily live or work within its borders, provided they have the appropriate permission of the border detachment ; owners of land plots located in the lane, provided that they have the appropriate permission of the border detachment.”

The Chernivtsi border guard also prohibited the movement of vehicles in the border zone, except for those located at checkpoints.

Restrictions apply in the border towns of Seletyn, Beregomet, Krasnoilsk, Chudei, Patrutsi, Suchevni, Kamian, Hlyboka, Tereblech, Tarashen, Herta, Vanchikautsi, Mameliga, Livent, Kelmenet, Sekuren, Vaskautsi of the Chernivtsi region.
