​Yanis Hagi has failed to establish himself at Alaves, and a return to Glasgow Rangers after his loan spell is taking shape.

The Romanian player doesn’t actually play in La Liga and the chances of Janis wearing an Alaves shirt next season are slim to none.

Under these conditions, Glasgow Rangers (the team that Hagi Jr. still belongs to) will have to consider what to do with the Romanian player.

The Ibrox Park side are seriously considering loaning him out again, this time to Portugal, with hopes of a return to the Scotland squad.

According to Sport.ro, Janis Hagi is on the shortlist of Boavista Porto, a group that would like to take him on loan this summer.

However, there is an important condition of the Portuguese: a part of the salary in the amount of 1.3 million euros must be taken over by “Glasgow Rangers”.

According to the quoted source, there are already discussions on this topic between representatives of Rangers and Boavista.

The Lusitanian group is not doing very well in the domestic league (Portuguese League), with Boavista in 11th place with just 24 points from 22 matches. The top three are Benfica (55 points), Sporting (55, but one game less) and Porto (48 points).
