
The University of Cluj announced on Friday the parting ways with defender Bohdan Vetejelu after eight months in Transylvania. The player has already agreed with the future team and will play in Kazakhstan.

At the age of 30, Bohdan Veteyelu arrived at the University of Cluj in the summer after four years spent in Ban.
The left-back, who initially played in the squad under Yoan Ovidiu Sabau, was lost to the team in the final period and the club announced on Friday that an agreement had been reached to terminate his contract.
Vatelu, a three-time capped Romanian international, has agreed terms with Kazakhstan’s Aktobe and will sign the deal in the coming days. The footballer is quoted at 700,000 euros.
“FC Cluj University and defender Bohdan Vateelu today reached an agreement on termination of cooperation. The 30-year-old made 25 appearances for the university this season.
We thank him for his work at “U” and wish him success in the future,” the club reported on social networks.
