Ajax Amsterdam advanced to the last 16 of the UEFA Conference League on Thursday night after a 2-1 extra-time win over Norwegians Bodo/Glimt (4-3 on aggregate).

Amsterdam “Ajax” will play in the 1/8 finals of the UEFA Conference League.

After a 2-2 draw at the Johan Cruyff Arena with Bodo/Glimt, the Eredivisie side managed to qualify further after a match that needed extra time.

Berghuis opened the scoring against Ajax (34th minute), and in the 48th minute Sutalo left his team with a numerical advantage.

The numerical balance was restored 18 minutes later after Gronbeck saw his second yellow card.

Berg restored the tie (min. 83), and in overtime, Ajax scored in the 114th minute through Kenneth Taylor.
