Several clubs, mainly located in Western Ukraine, where the competition is less intense, made a number of announcements about the resumption of the championship at the end of February after a long winter break.
Donetsk “Shakhtior” announced that 500 spectators will be able to attend the next matches at “Arena Lviv”, where the club from Donbas has been in exile since 2022, according to News.ro.
20% of the available tickets will be given to the military, and 100% of the revenue from ticket sales will go to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Second division Karpaty Lev, who have the right to host 3,000 spectators, and 6th in the first league, Rukh Lev, who have permission to host 1,000 fans, have assured that they will do the same with their tickets.
Oleksandria, which plays in the central east of the country, was also allowed to host a progressive capacity of 608 against Shakhtar on February 26 and up to 1,200 for the rest of the season.
Poltava “Vorskla” is another club located in the very center of the country, which can accommodate about 1,000 fans. Kyiv Obolon, which occupies 13th place in the first division, will be able to count on 1,500 spectators. Polissia Zhytomyr, 3rd place in the Premier League, has the same capacity.
