Ranked 10th in the world, Fritz calmly controlled the match against third favorite Tommy Paul.
After an hour and 41 minutes of play, Taylor won in straight sets 6-2, 6-3.
It was the 26-year-old’s seventh title after Eastbourne (2019), Indian Wells, Eastbourne and Tokyo (2022) and Delray Beach and Atlanta (2023).
