
Russians have laid flowers, paying their last respects to the Russian opposition and Alexei Navalny at quiet protests taking place in several Russian cities. On the other hand, the Russian prosecutor’s office warned Russians not to participate in a mass protest in the center of Moscow, Reuters reports.

In another video, the pensioner says she is not afraid and also calls for a riot.

The prosecutor’s office responded to the Russians’ attempted protest.
“We draw your attention to the fact that this mass event was not coordinated with the city’s executive authorities in accordance with the procedure established by law,” the prosecutors noted.
Judging by videos and photos on social media, people in other Russian cities are paying tribute to Navalny after news of his death spread.
