Tear gas was used on Tuesday in the premises of the “Dimitrii Leonida” technical college in Bucharest by a 15-year-old teenager. 25 students were taken to the hospital, a total of 33 are being examined by medical personnel. The investigation was undertaken by the School Security Service, which will establish the circumstances under which the student used the spray outside the premises, as well as at the entrance.

The capital police reported that criminal proceedings were opened for the crimes of “violation of public order and peace”, “improper carrying or use of dangerous objects” and “inflicting blows or committing violence”.
