
Strategic expansion
Lynk & Cothe Sino-Swedish manufacturer, founded by the Geely and Volvo group, has just signed strategic partnership with SEEAGimporter and distributor specializing in the markets of Southeast Europe, which will allow Lynk & Co to establish itself in 12 new countries Old continent.

SEEAG is an automotive group with 30 years of experience in the import, distribution, wholesale and retail trade of cars and spare parts, which is present in South-Eastern Europe, more than 100 points of sale. In particular, the company allowed such brands as Volvo, Geely, Kia, SsangYong, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Saab to establish themselves in this region.
Lynk & Co: from 7 to 19 markets in Europe
Now Lynk & Co are present on 7 European markets : in Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France and Italy. Thanks to a new partnership with SEEAG, this brand is coming soon 12 additional countriesor a a total of 19 European markets by the end of 2024: in Greece, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania and Moldova.
In this way, Lynk & Co will be able to expand its sales and service network throughout Europe, as well as create a lasting and long-term presence on the Old Continent. According to SEEAG, by 2030 the market share of electric vehicles will reach 50% in this fast-growing region of Europe.
In this region, Lynk & Co will launch its plug-in hybrid SUV for the first time Lynk & Co 01, starting with Romania and Greece before expanding to other planned countries. This strategic cooperation will allow Lynk & Co to reduce the financial risks associated with entering such a large market.
The manufacturer will soon unveil its new hybrid sedan called the Lynk & Co 07 EM-P: a model we could also see in Europe.
