The other day, using the buttons on the remote control, I found a television station from the Republic of Moldova, and my attention was drawn not only by the topic of conversation, but also by the guest. A gentleman with distinct dress, speech and language – qualities that we see less and less when we talk about political actors.

The guest of the talk show, Tudor Ulyanovsky, despite his youth – I checked, he is 40 years old – possessed important files of Moldovan and international affairs. This is not surprising – he has 17 years of active diplomacy behind him, and he rose step by step in his diplomatic career (attache, secretary III, secretary II, secretary I, adviser, head of the Directorate, manager of affairs, ambassador, deputy minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration).
