A humorous event
We know that the mayor of Paris is watching the cars and wants to do everything to make them disappear from the capital, pushing drivers to the limit. In particular, from September 1, it was decided to triple the cost of parking SUVs in Paris. Which will not hurt to create a stir, but not only that. Indeed, it also inspired the mayor of Saint-Aignan-les-Jailards, Hugo Planchet. The latter decided to make fun of this measure by issuing a humorous decree. The latter is based on “Article No. 42 Code of social absurdity territorial communities” and applies “as soon as the municipal councilor of Paris tries to park in our charming city”. This applies “all year round, without exception, to all types of vehicles belonging to the municipal councilors of Paris, with the exception of scooters, the parking of which is officially prohibited on the territory of the municipality”.
WARNING! Since 2015 and the appearance of Crit’Air stickers, traffic restrictions apply to some vehicles in large cities. Shall we summarize together? 🚙 #MyProjectMoreResponsible

Unusual payment
Thus, the parking rate is 18 euros per hour will apply to vehicles belonging to the City Hall of Paris according to the official text. And beware of sanctions in case of non-compliance with this measure! The document actually states that any offender “must make a public apology to all the citizens of Saint-Aignan-les-Jaiards and offer a general excursion to the nearest bar”. The mayor explains that this measure was introduced after “a democratic vote, during which one person spoke.” He then hails “a significant participation rate of 0.16% and a result that is 100% in favor of establishing a parking tariff specific to the municipal councils of the city of Paris”. In addition, it is specified that on February 26 of each leap year, the price will be tripled. Funny reaction: “share without moderation to denounce the absurdity of the Paris town hall.” By the way, the increase in parking prices was voted for SUVs.
