The spectacular accident happened on Monday evening in the municipality of Ploiesti, where a car crashed into another, the second car crashed into a parked car and then into a shop window. Two people – one of the drivers and a passenger of his car – arrived at the hospital after the accident, according to News.ro.

The accident happened on Monday evening, around 7:45 p.m., in the Mihai Bravo area of ​​Ploiesti, at the intersection of Alea Himey and Alea Petrohimistilor streets.

“During the investigation, it was found that a 57-year-old man, while driving a car, collided with another car driven by a 27-year-old man. As a result of the impact, the car driven by a 27-year-old man was thrown into a shop window, and later into another parked car. A 27-year-old driver and a 30-year-old woman, a passenger in the same car, were injured as a result of the accident. They were taken to the hospital for the provision of specialized medical care,” the representatives of the Prahova district police report.

Two drivers involved in the accident were tested on a breathalyzer, in both cases the result was negative.

The police opened criminal proceedings under the article of intentional bodily injury.
