The national team of Romania won the national team of Poland with a score of 20:8 in the first match between the two teams in group B of the European Rugby Championship.

Romania defeated Poland at the 2024 Rugby Europe Championship

The Oaks scored three tries in France coach David Gerard’s debut match (Stratille ‘8, Savin ’18 and Manumois ’34), while Boldor managed to convert (’35) and scored from the penalty spot (’64).

Piotrowicz (’13 – penalty) and Tebbat (’72 – essay) scored for Poland.

In another Group B match, Belgium pulled off a big surprise by beating Portugal 10-6 on Saturday.
