The medical team monitoring the patient during the flight consists of specialists from the Bucharest Emergency Medical Hospital and military medical personnel from the 90 Air Transport Base, the statement said.

Romania transfers to hospitals outside the country patients with serious burns for whom there are no conditions for treatment in the country. There is no specialized center for the treatment of large burns in our country.
