Dynamo received a ban on transfers, but can appeal

The National Dispute Resolution Chamber of the Romanian Football Federation decided on Wednesday to impose sanctions on the Dynamo club.

The team, coached by Željko Kopić, unilaterally terminated the contract of midfielder Julian Rosu, who decided to appeal to the CNSL for compensation.

In the decision published on the LPF website, “Dynamo” received a ban on transfers for two mercato periods, but can file an appeal.

“Termination of contractual relations and financial claims. Partially grant the request. Declares unilateral termination of the contract by the club without valid reasons in accordance with Art. 18.8. ILLUMINATED b) with RSTJF starting 01/31/2024. Rejects claims 3-6 as inadmissible, since the plaintiff compensates his claims in accordance with the procedure provided for in Art. 102 para. 6 and Art. 5.21 of Law 85/2014.

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 18.9.1. LIGHTED a) RSTJF, orders that the defendant be banned from transferring players as a transfer club from the next two transfer periods. The motion for a partial judgment is dismissed as unfounded. Sincerely,” reports LPF.ro.

Dynamo have moved Velkovski, Pavicic, Nyaga, Gnahor and Rylian this winter, but are still looking for a solution to strengthen the attacking department.

In the 24th stage of the Super League, “Dynamo” will play on the field of “Kraiova 1948” on Friday from 20:00.
